Designed and built for the current owner Maryslim was a dream come true. She was to be slim, look sexy and go fast with comfort.

She achieved the 'Judges Special Award at the Motor Boat of the Year Awards 2008 - citing she was project completed that epitomised everything that is great about the British marine industry with a British mariner commissioning her, a British designer and British boat building skills.

The technical info goes on and on but her wave piercing hull is capable of ploughing through storms no other vessel would dare to - she is not planing or full displacement but semi-displacement, long thin hull runs in displacement while the she planes on her chines. The line of her bow is extremely sharp intended to make it easier to cut through the waves. The hull shape was originally based on a military design with the patent for this held by Adrian Thompson.

Portland to Rockall and back in 53 hours!! This 72ft wave-piercing vessel completed an epic voyage across the North Atlantic, clocking up 1,400nm in 53 hours 29 minutes and 52 seconds. Average speed of 26.6 knots for more than two days over the long weekend of 14-16 June 2014. This PS1.8m powerboat was able to do this without refuelling its mammoth 14,000-litre fuel tank. Fuel consumption rate of less than 57.7 gallons per hour - not bad for a 1652 hp V12 twin turbocharged Caterpillar engine. Oh and don't forget her round Britain trip in 13 days.

All about speed and practicality there are six single berths with a separate heads and the forward cabin double V with another en suite heads 8 berths in total across 3 cabins. She appears very minimalist inside with no unnecessary linings etc.Her galley is quite substantial with everything you need from a large work space to prepare, fridges and freezer and electric hob and oven.

She truly is an incredible boat with still more incredible potential for her next lucky owner.

With a hull and deck by long established Oyster designers Holman and Pye the Oyster 42 was the first aft cockpit Oyster for more than a decade. She may be the smallest in the Oyster range but she enjoys the quality of build and fit out you would expect of the larger yachts. This model is rare and sought after as only seven of this type were built and she is hull number 1. A lot of time and effort went into the deck design to ensure a great profile plus a safe deep cockpit without the inconvenience of a bridge deck. Below decks, the layout is very spacious and the joinery detail and cabinet work is to the same high standards as all of her larger sisters in the Oyster range.

The layout allows for a total of 6 berths, including the 2 saloon settees used as sea-berths, together with 2 heads and 2 showers. Here is a Beneteau First Class 10, she is a very sleek looking cruiser racer. For a performance yacht she manages to provide a good amount of space whether it be in the cockpit or inside for berths and cabins. She appears to have been well maintained and tidy.

I also have a new downwind spinnaker made by Fareast and a barely used A2 asym made by Incidence.She comes with a massive sail locker but I won't say they are race ready (aside from the Spinni and Asym). There are:3 main sails. The racing sail is in pretty good shape (made by White Sail). The cruising sail is in very good shape (made Kemp Sails a while back but barely used). Believe the other was made by McIntosh and is in pretty good shape (converted from bolt rope to slugs and replaced the foot so it's loose). 7 Genoas/Jibs/Headsails. Don't get excited here, most of these are old and too big and I think were used before a furler was installed. The race genoa is in fair/good shape. It's been repaired on the leech. Work done by Kemp. There's another smaller sail that would be good for heavy wind and is in reasonable shape but has had some repairs.3 downwind spinnis. One new made by Fareast Sails. This is a masthead spinni. Plus have two old spinnins that are for the fractional sheeve. One is heavier and in reasonable shape but old. The other is light and long in the tooth.One A2 asym made by Incidence in excellent shape. She has a Yanmar 20 that was just pulled, serviced, painted, and reinstalled.The binnacle/wheel was a retrofit by a previous owner. All working fine.Navigation is Garmin ecomap 50.Instruments are Raymarine ST60 (wind not working)

I have to say this would be an amazing live aboard, the space everywhere on a 32ft is quite unbelievable she ebven has patios windows. Inside she appears to be in good condition headlinings, carpet, upholstery everything. The Marcon 34 is a centre cockpit design with a separate aft cabin accessed through a companionway behind the steering wheel. The aft cabin incorporates the navigation area, with a huge space available for charts. This creates a much more spacious saloon area. Accessing the saloon through the main companionway, there is an L-shaped galley to port and heads to starboard. This particular vessel has been fitted with roller-boom reefing. She has benefitted from loads of TLC from her current owners over the last 8 years.

Owner comments:We have sailed her as far East as Ramsgate and Fecamp. We have sailed her as far South as St Malo and the Channel Islands. We have sailed her Via the Isles of Scilly to Southern Ireland and back, She has proven to us to be a stable and safe vessel and has proved herself more than capable of performing in challenging conditions.Since owning the boat we have repaired the self-steering gear. Replaced with new the anchor winch. Purchased a new Garmin map sat-nav.Replaced the toilet. Had the skeg rebuilt and a new shoe to support the rudder. Installed a new DSC marine VHF radio. Manufactured by English Harbour Yachts in 2015 and she was the very first EH 29 series. This incorporated a specially modified hull to reduce the depth of the keel to allow for higher speeds and improved handling at sea, it also featured a bathing platform not found on the EH 27. This particular boat was actually branded as an EH27 at the request of the owners yet was in fact an EH 29. She was exhibited at the Southampton International boat show in September 2015, and was also the model used for the boat test and magazine article by Motor Boat and Yachting which then subsequently awarded it the coveted Motor Boat of the Year Award for 2016.This is a beautiful English Harbour 29 with a lovely navy blue hull is a perfect mix of coastal/offshore or river cruising. This is an Ericson 350 she was built by Pacific Seacraft and has a reputation for a robust solid build. Built in California it is said their construction standards match that of many Scandinavian builders, and she certainly appeared to back this up when I visited for photos. She has a lovely welcoming interior with solid wood finishing and all windows/hatches openable and made from tempered glass (rather than plastic). She boasts an amazing amount of headroom throughout. Her layout comprises of a good sized vee berth forward cabin, nice size saloon which converts to a double, nav station to starboard with the heads just behind that and then a large aft cabin. She has cabin heating in all cabins including the saloon. Outside she offers a spacious cockpit with easy access swim platform to the stern and an uncluttered deck arrangement. Focus on high performance sailing with trimming possible via the 2 sets of adjustable tracks for headsail and gennaker. She has an electric windlass with generously sized anchor and she had her standing rigging replaced in 2022 and is currently ashore having had a coat of antifoul.

Here we have an early Sadler 32 ready for a new owner to give her a little TLC as her current owner is retiring from sailing. She has had 3 owners in total.

Historic info provided tells us she was built for the first owner in Walton boatyard in 1980 where she was hauled out, maintained and wintered each year. She was moored in the Naze and it is said she was known to have made cruise's to Holland and the Channel Islands during this period. She was sold in 1990 to buy a larger Sadler.

Her second owner then sailed her round to Portsmouth where she has been normally moored. Each winter she was dry berthed in Port Solent. Since owning her he used her for sailing around the Solent and Poole and annual trips across the channel and to Dartmouth. He said she proved to be a first class sea boat and has never given any course for concern even in some of the late season rough overnight passages experienced coming back from Dartmouth. Following a survey in his ownership over PS5000 was spent on her which included a 5year guarantee against osmosis. Stepping aboard this boat and looking around the wide Douglas Fir deck she looked on first glances like an extremely well undertaken restoration of an old wooden classic fitted with traditional bronze winches and hatches and varnished teak table with comfortable seating for 8. Progressing into the wheelhouse and down the companionway into the stunning interior the vessel began to reveal her true nature. This is a bespoke yacht built to the current owner's demanding specifications commissioned in 2012 as a luxurious fast blue-water cruiser that could be sailed by him alone or with one additional crew. Her lines are of a design by the legendary French designer Francoise Lamcard in 1891 and she was built by a renowned Cornish Boatyard. A fast fine entry shape to give a sleek appearance despite a beam of 19ft. She is an extremely strong GRP construction built up with 14 layers of cloth either side of the keel and with 28 layers over the keel. Whilst retaining her traditional looks the gaff ketch rig uses some modern materials and equipment to make the boat more manageable by a short-handed crew.Her main engine is a Gardner 6LXB which is situated in an engine room that has ample space to undertake all normal maintenance tasks. The theme of accessibility to systems and machinery continues through-out the boat; the owner has carefully considered this aspect and all the main plant and machinery is easily accessible.The interior provides luxurious accommodation for the owner and guests and comprises fore and aft bedroom suites, a separate saloon with fireplace and central galley/dining area with fully fitted kitchen. There are four additional berths for crew or friends. Oil fired central heating system makes her lovely and cosy in the winter months.The deck is spacious and provides storage for a rigid tender and a seating area just aft of the wheelhouse. Owner comments:when I decided to have Elley built I had already had around twenty yachts boats and even ships and you learn a little each time I also served a boatbuilding apprenticeship building wooden boats some boats I owned were aluminium some steel some GRP , to build a one of yacht in GRP is the dearest but the easiest to maintain also utilitys cookers fridge freezers washing machines and lights are all household items so cheaper and easer to replace the four air condition units are marine but the oil fired central system is domestic with normal household radiators . I picked the pilot cutter style as the fastest most sea kindly shape they were after all the racing yachts of the day and Jolley Breeze a pilot cutter of 1906 has twice wone the fastnet race Elley is 9/10 knot boat under sail or power in normal conditions but we have seen 10/12 and even a little surfing at 14:7 knots . Unlike most boats today you can close the loverly solid teak doors to the galley and with two opening hatches the cooking smell does not go thought the whole boat ! The other unusual item is the jaccusi under the after deck this is used a lot in port or to cool off when the boat is ashore in a ship yard the oil fired boiler will also get it hot , their are many unique systems on Elley an example no Halyards on the head sails and the electric furling square sail that makes down wind sailing so easy , I picked galvanised steel for the rigging it lasts longer and much cheaper to replace , I hope this help to explain why I had Elley built as their was nothing like her on the market and there still isn't ! I see a lot of yachts marketed as explorer yachts that definitely are not ! twin rudders and bolt on keels are not for exploring Elley is an exploration yacht with her long keel and keel hung rudder !

She is a long-keeled, Bermuda-rigged, offshore cruising boat that has been well-maintained and updated by recent owners. The Bowman 36 is now a Classic, well known for her sea-kindly characteristics that make her such a comfortable cruiser.The main cabin has 2 settee bunks, a pilot berth and a quarter berth by the large chart table that doubles as the engine cover. Owner comments;Built in 1995 by Northshore Yachts, she like all Vancouver Yachts, is a good passage making yacht for a short handed crew to sail in comfort and in safety. The Vancouver Pilot is an easy-to-manage cruiser with the advantage of a sunny saloon giving clear views of scenery and the ability to 'sail from indoors' in inclement weather.In the ten years of our ownership we have sailed many miles in Angel, circumnavigating Britain and Ireland, including several summers cruising the Scottish Hebrides and Northern Isles. The previous owner sailed her to the Baltic and Norway. We have regularly maintained and constantly updated her, including new engine, electronics, plumbing, canvas covers, upholstery and, only last winter, new standing rigging and weather deck.It is with heavy heart that with our advancing age and ailments we have decided that our pretty yacht must now go to another caring owner.As with all Vancouver yachts, she is a tough, long distance cruising yacht. Her pale blue GRP hull, Hull No. 85, has an encapsulated ballast long keel which is cut back at the forefoot but is swept aft to support the rudder and protect the propeller opening. She is 10.5m overall and beam is 3.2m. Her draught is a mere 1.5m The bow has a nice entry, the sheer is pronounced and the counter stern is slim. With these lines, underwater configuration and approximately 8 tonnes cruising displacement she holds her course comfortably through a choppy sea. The hull penetrations below the waterline are the 3/4" toilet seawater inlet, and two 1.5" toilet and holding tank outlets; the depth/temperature, speed log instruments, the bow thruster tunnel, the anodes and the fridge heat exchanger. Anodes were replaced in 2024. Antifouling has been applied annually.
